2 Products & Pricing

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices

• Prices may change without notice; you will always see the current price at checkout before confirming

3 Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.

• Cancel orders if a product is out of stock after payment

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the United States.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
