1 Our Commitment to Authenticity
At 1UPTCG, authenticity is non-negotiable. Every single item we sell has been evaluated for authenticity before it's listed — no exceptions. We built this business on trust, and we protect that trust by refusing to sell anything we can't stand behind 100%.
Our Guarantee: Every item sold by 1UPTCG is 100% authentic. If you ever receive an item that is counterfeit or not as described, we will provide a full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
2 How We Source Our Products
We source our inventory from a carefully vetted network of suppliers, all of whom we have verified relationships with:
- Korean Booster Boxes: Sourced directly from authorized Korean distributors and wholesale partners in South Korea. All Korean product is imported legally and documented.
- English Booster Boxes: Purchased from authorized U.S. wholesale distributors, major hobby retailers, and licensed authorized sellers.
- Graded Cards: All graded cards we sell have been professionally graded by PSA, BGS (Beckett), or CGC and can be verified by their unique certification number on each company's official website.
- Single Packs: Only sourced from sealed booster boxes that we personally opened or from trusted sealed-supply partners.
We do not purchase from unknown third parties, online marketplaces with unverifiable sourcing, or any supplier who cannot provide proof of origin.
3 Graded Cards — Verification
Every graded card listed on our site includes the certification number shown on the slab label. You can independently verify any card we sell using the official grading company lookup tools:
- PSA: psacard.com → Cert Verification
- BGS (Beckett): beckett.com → Grading → Verify a Card
- CGC: cgccards.com → Certification Lookup
We encourage all buyers to verify their cards before and after purchase. If a certification number does not match what we've listed, contact us immediately — we consider this a critical error and will make it right.
4 Sealed Product Verification
All sealed product is photographed before it is listed and again before it ships. We check for:
- Factory seal integrity (no tears, punctures, or signs of resealing)
- Weight consistency with known factory specifications
- Print quality, barcode, and packaging markings consistent with official product
- For Korean product specifically: packaging character set, printing, and import markings
Resealing: We have zero tolerance for resealed product. If we detect any signs of tampering or resealing during our inspection process, the item is immediately flagged and will not be listed.
5 Our Authenticity Guarantee
We back every sale with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. This means:
- If an item is ever determined to be counterfeit by a professional grading company or independent expert, we will issue a full refund at any time
- There is no time limit on authenticity claims — if it's fake, it's our problem, period
- We will cover all shipping costs related to returning a counterfeit item
- We reserve the right to request the item be sent to a grading company for professional assessment if there is any dispute
6 Counterfeit Report Policy
If you believe you've received a counterfeit or inauthentic item, please:
- Do not open, alter, or damage the item in any way
- Email us at ethanf@1uptcg.com with your order number and photos
- We will respond within 1 business day to arrange return and refund
We take all reports seriously. In cases involving graded cards, we will also initiate a report with the relevant grading company.
